Actress Mrunal Thakur, who has been basking in the success of her recent Telugu film “Hi Nanna” alongside actor Nani, recently opened up about the dearth of romantic film offers in Bollywood during a candid conversation with Pinkvilla. Despite her notable performances and growing popularity, Mrunal revealed that she has not been approached for romantic roles in Hindi cinema.
In response to the question of when she might take on a romantic Hindi film, she candidly remarked, “I don’t know, I am not popular enough to get a love story yet. Am I wrong? I have to be popular to get a love story, no?” Mrunal expressed her eagerness to explore romantic movies, stating, “There are a lot of films being offered to me, but definitely not romantic movies. I would love to do that.”

She acknowledged the significance of romantic films in Indian cinema, highlighting that everyone secretly enjoys watching them despite occasional claims of disinterest.
