Jyotsna started her career in journalism as a trainee with news agency ‘UNI’, after which she joined Hindi news channel P7 in June 2013, where she got an opportunity to learn the art of news anchoring. Apart from this, she also handled the rundown here as an assistant producer and also used to do outdoor walk throughs for Haryana News Bulletin.
She joined ‘News24’ on December 1, 2014 and stayed here for about two and a half years. Here she hosted a two hour morning news bulletin ‘Jago India’, a one hour special astrolagical show ‘Kalachakra’ and health show ‘Sanjeevani’. Apart from this, she was also seen in the General News Bulletin.
She joined ZEE Media in May 2017. She was an anchor as well as an associate producer in ZEE Hindustan. She also contributed to the group’s other channels ZEE Rajasthan and ZEE Bihar-Jharkhand, apart from ZEE Hindustan, during a one year shift. From the election debates of the evening, he had performed excellent anchoring on different issues. During this, he also did many interviews. Her two shows in ZEE Hindustan, BSF Ki Commando Betiyan and Taqat Watan Ki Humse Hai, have been quite popular.
