Lavanya Ballal was born in Mangalore in Karnataka, India which is her hometown. She entered this world on 19th of July. The first career of Lavanya Ballal was HR Assistant. For this post, she was working at NIIT Bengaluru where she worked for about 11 months. After being an HR assistant for some time, she wanted to change profession, and that is how she tried Radio Jockeying. She joined a job as a radio jockey at Radio Mirchi.
Lavanya Ballal is responsible for planning shows, manage the music in the radio and host them. She is also involved in content generation for shows, celebrity management for the radio station, and artist management. She was part of Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM and was one in the team that helped launch the radio station in Mangalore, Karnataka.
Lavanya worked in Radio Mirchi Mangalore for two years and then she requested for a transfer and moved to Radio Michi in Bengaluru. She has anchored all the time bands. She also lends her voice for AD films, both commercial and non-commercial, promos, audio books, video games, movie and game trailers, podcasts, songs, business presentations, sales, phone systems, on-hold messages, websites, voicemail, infomercials and many more.
