Sherlyn Chopra is a popular Indian Actress, Singer, and Model Known for her works in Bollywood and Playboy Magazine. She won the title of Miss Andhra in 1999. In July 2012, She became the first Indian woman to pose nude for Playboy magazine.

Persona Life :

Sherlyn Chopra was born on February 11, 1984, in Hyderabad, Telangana, India with the birth name of Mona Chopra to a Christian father and a Muslim mother. Her father was a doctor. She has a brother named Amitabh Chopra and a sister Sharon Chopra who is a Disk Jockey and Anchor. She attended Stanley Girls High School and Saint Ann’s College for Women in Secunderabad. Career :

Sherlyn Chopra’s early acting career consisted of roles in few Bollywood films. She appeared in movies such as Time Pass, Red Swastik and Game. She made her Telugu debut in A Film by Aravind. She was a contestant in the reality show Bigg Boss in 2009. In July 2012, she proclaimed the fact that she would be working with the Playboy magazine. Later, she posed for a nude photograph which was put up on an official magazine Playboy. As a matter of fact, she was the first Indian woman to pose nude for the magazine.

Subsequently, Sherlyn Chopra got a brilliant opportunity to host the TV series MTV Splitsvilla Season 6. Additionally, she launched her music single known as Bad Girl in the year 2013. From 2013 on, she filmed as the lead protagonist in Kamasutra 3D, directed by Rupesh Paul, and she also appeared in the trailer which was released at the 66th Cannes International Film Festival. Controversies :

• She once created a controversy by saying “I’ve slept with many for money in the past”.
• She showed her claims on Bharat Ratna by saying that she should be given a Bharat Ratna.
• There was a rumour that she had done a one night stand with Playboy magazine head honcho, Hugh Hefner to be on the cover, but she denied such rumours.
• Her signing a bold film Kamasutra 3D created a lot of controversy, but later, she backed out of the film and registered an FIR against the director, Rupesh Paul in case of financial fraud.
