SuperOps.ai, an artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced IT management SaaS provider, has successfully raised $12.4 million in a Series B funding round. The funding round was jointly led by Addition, a venture capital firm founded by Lee Fixel, and March Capital. Matrix Partners India also participated in the round. This latest investment brings SuperOps.ai’s total fundraising to date to $29.4 million.
SuperOps.ai was founded in 2020 by Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, both former colleagues at Freshworks. The company offers a unified platform designed to streamline IT management for managed service providers (MSPs). Its goal is to empower MSPs to efficiently manage their IT operations using advanced AI capabilities.
In addition to the funding announcement, SuperOps.ai also unveiled advanced network monitoring capabilities as part of its unified platform. This expansion of its offerings is aimed at further simplifying IT management for MSPs.
The company has been experiencing rapid growth, with its clientele expanding by 300% over the past year. This growth reflects the increasing demand for AI-powered solutions that can help MSPs navigate the evolving IT support landscape.
Arvind Parthiban, CEO of SuperOps.ai, previously founded Zarget, a marketing automation software that was later acquired by Freshworks Inc. Jayakumar Karumbasalam, the company’s co-founder, has a background in building data platforms for companies such as Zoho, Optus, and Freshworks.
Matrix Partners India, one of the participants in the funding round, expressed confidence in SuperOps.ai’s ability to empower MSPs. The company’s newly launched advanced network monitoring capabilities are expected to simplify IT management processes even further.
SuperOps.ai is committed to providing comprehensive technology support for MSPs by partnering with vendors in various areas, including cybersecurity, payments, and data backup. This approach ensures that MSPs have access to a 360-degree technology support system. Additionally, the company is investing in community-led initiatives to assist MSPs in areas beyond technology.
SuperOps.ai has also expanded its operations in the United States by appointing Juan Fernandez as channel chief earlier this month. This strategic move demonstrates the company’s commitment to serving its growing customer base in the US market.
The success of SuperOps.ai’s Series B funding round underscores the increasing importance of AI-enhanced IT management solutions, especially for MSPs. As businesses continue to rely on technology for their operations, the demand for efficient IT management tools is expected to remain strong.
With the additional funding, SuperOps.ai aims to further enhance its AI capabilities and expand its offerings, ensuring that MSPs have access to cutting-edge technology solutions that can simplify their operations and support their clients effectively.
The company’s commitment to empowering MSPs with advanced AI-driven tools positions it as a key player in the IT management software market. As the IT landscape continues to evolve, SuperOps.ai is well-positioned to meet the growing demands of MSPs and help them thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
