The funding round was jointly led by Addition, a venture capital firm founded by Lee Fixel, and March Capital. Matrix Partners India also participated in the round. SuperOps.ai was founded in 2020 by Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, both former colleagues at Freshworks. The company offers a unified platform designed to streamline IT management for managed service providers (MSPs).
