Interpol has issued a Red Notice for 19-year-old Yogesh Kadian, who is wanted in multiple Indian states on various charges, including criminal conspiracy, attempted murder, and violations of the Arms Act. Yogesh Kadian, originally from Beri village in Haryana’s Jhajjar district, has been the subject of multiple criminal cases. The Red Notice is a formal international request for the location and temporary apprehension of an individual until extradition or other legal measures can be carried out.
Yogesh Kadian faces serious charges, including criminal conspiracy, attempt to murder, acts committed by a group of individuals with shared intentions, and possession and use of prohibited arms and ammunition. According to Interpol’s official website, these charges warrant his arrest and extradition to face trial.
What makes Kadian’s case particularly intriguing is his alleged connection to Khalistan terrorists and his involvement in gang rivalries. It is believed that Kadian fled India using a fake passport around two years ago and is currently operating from abroad. He is reportedly challenging the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, a notorious criminal group.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had requested Interpol to issue a Red Notice for Yogesh Kadian but has refrained from providing further comments on the matter. Kadian is allegedly part of the Bambiha syndicate, a criminal organization with the intention of dismantling the Lawrence Bishnoi network and gaining control in both the United States and Canada.
Yogesh Kadian, in coordination with Lucky Patial, a prominent syndicate member located in Armenia, is said to be leading efforts to eliminate Bishnoi, whether in a correctional facility or during court appearances. The Bambiha syndicate’s members have reportedly been planning an attack against gang members Goldy Brara and Anmol Bishnoi, who are believed to be residing in the United States. This information, along with concerns about potential gang conflicts spilling over onto US territory, led to the issuance of the Interpol Red Notice.
The issuance of a Red Notice underscores the significance of international cooperation in tackling cross-border criminal activities and maintaining global security. Interpol’s Red Notice serves as a powerful tool in the quest for justice by allowing law enforcement agencies worldwide to collaborate in locating and apprehending wanted individuals.
Yogesh Kadian’s case highlights the intricate web of criminal organizations, gang rivalries, and the ever-evolving nature of criminal activities in the modern world. The Red Notice serves as a beacon for international law enforcement to bring those involved in such activities to justice.
While the details of this case are intriguing, it is essential to emphasize the importance of international collaboration in upholding the rule of law and addressing criminal challenges that transcend national borders.
